Shipping Policy


Packages are generally shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). Normal delivery is 5 – 8 days after shipment. We will email you a tracking number if requested. If product weights over 70 lbs and is shipped to a residential address and / or  if the shipping location does not have appropriate dock facilities (fork lift) available, the customer must so indicate at check out. There will be an additional charge for residential delivery and / or lift gate services. SCI will not be held responsible for damages or additional charges resulting from use of improper dock facilities or residential deliveries. All shipments require signature upon delivery unless special arrangements have been made prior to shipment. You cannot cancel or make changes to an order that has already been delivered or is en route.

Note: Delivery service isn’t available for P.O. Box addresses or U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States.


Receiving your shipment

Shipments to commercial facilities will involve a standard trailer and assumes that the customer has a dock or lift truck capable of safely removing the shipment from the trailer deck. If product is shipped to either a residential address or commercial address without appropriate dock facilities, there is a residential and lift gate delivery lift gate delivery fee that will apply. This should be selected at checkout.

When your shipment arrives, you will be asked to sign for it.  Please make sure to note any visible damage (even if minor) to the packaging on the bill of lading. If the damage to the packaging is severe and if it is during normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 9 a.m.  – 5 p.m. Eastern) , please contact us at (800) 359-9855 to discuss prior to accepting. If after hours please inform us at and provide any photos that you can at that time.



All product returns require a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) without exception.

If you are not satisfied with quality or design of the product

Contact SCI during normal business hours within 24 hours of receiving shipment for RGA. Product must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for the return freight and a restocking fee of 15%. If product is received with missing or damaged packaging a repackaging fee of $ 50 may be assessed. If product is returned damaged, the customer may be assessed a fee to cover damages up to the cost of the product.

If the return is due to an SCI error or damage resulting from the original shipment.

Contact SCI during normal business hours within 24 hours of receiving shipment for RGA. We require the customer to provide SCI with photos detailing the damage. Based upon the photos and an assessment that the damage was caused by the freight carrier, SCI will issue an RGA and schedule a return shipment without additional cost to the customer.
