Spray-Up molding incorporates the use of fiberglass reinforcements and resins to produce medium to large thermoset structural parts that do not require a controlled thickness. The tooling investment for Spray-Up is low; however, the process does not provide as much dimensional control as Resin Transfer Molding (RTM).

Spray-up is ideal for lower volumes of large parts and is often used for prototype parts prior to committing to RTM tooling.

We have the capability of applying in-mold coatings called gelcoats for Spray-up parts.
